	Carrier Tape / Cover Tape / Reel / Tube is the agent of one of Japan’s largest high tech packaging products and service provider in China. Our main products are plastic packaging products such as Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Polyester (PET) and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) embossed carrier tapes and Cover Tape / Tubes. They are widely used for diverse applications, from packing and protection of consumer electronics to storage and transportation of fragile and precision components for the semiconductor, consumer electronics and electrical products.

Carrier Tape

Outline
Our carrier tape is a sheet that has been designed to have electrical conductivity with carbon black. Polystyrene based and polycarbonate based grades are available, enabling application in a wide range of applications.
Characteristics
-It offers excellent balance between mechanical strength and mold ability, and can be used in applications such as complex forms and deep-drawing shapes.
-It consists of 3 layers with stable electrical conductivity for enhanced anti-static effectiveness
-Grades with higher wear resistance are also available, for preventing contamination of semiconductors, electronic components, etc.
Applications
Our carrier tapes are widely used to pack, protect and transport electrical and electronic components such as mini integrated circuits (IC) and connectors.

Cover Tape / Tube

Outline
Our Cover Tape / Tube film has excellent sealing performance for heat-seal type embossed carrier tapes. We can Offer good peeling characteristics with various types of underlay material like PS (polystyrene), PC (polycarbonate), PET (polyester), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), etc.
Characteristics
-Peel off with a steady force, making it easy to adjust sealing parameters for the optimal fit.
-Various grades are available, such as products treated to prevent static electricity, etc.
-ATA grade is highly transparent, providing excellent visibility of contents, while at the same time it generates little static electricity through friction with epoxy-sealed components, thus it is an effective antistatic resource for components.
Applications
We offer Cover Tape / Tubes for sealing components into the pockets of the carrier tapes. Both heat-seal type and pressure sensitive type Cover Tape / Tubes of various grades are available.

Plastics packing tubes are made from clear rigid plastics, PVC / PS / PET-G
With surface antistatic treatment. Applied in IC packing.
