Transparent conductive oxide, TCO specialty with high visible spectrum transmittance and low resistivity, TCO is widely used in different kind of industries such as flat panel industry, solar PV industry, touch screen and so on.

We are currently supplying two series of TCO materials: In2O3 series and ZnO series. The main products of In2O3 series include ITO, ITiO, IMO, IGZO. The main products of ZnO series include AZO, The main products of ZnO series include AZO, GZO and IZO.
